Rhubarb Crisp Bars Recipe!
/Spring 2020 has finally sprung all around us, and like me I am sure many of you now have an over-abundance of rhubarb. I've been cooking with rhubarb for over 40 years, trying all kinds of recipes from bread to jam to pie, but none of them were top of my list. That is, until I found this recipe shared by a long-closed garden center and it is hands down my favorite. So good in fact, that I can't remember the last time I used rhubarb to make any of my other recipes.
